Electric power, direct control
Battery power drives both travel and cutting, with dedicated electric motors for each task. The operator can coordinate movement and cutter operation to suit the vegetation ahead. Model-specific motor ratings and battery sizes let you select a configuration that fits the work, site access and charging schedule.
LiFePO4 battery energy
Lithium iron phosphate batteries supply the drive and cutting systems across the current range. Different battery capacities give buyers a choice of configurations to suit their working schedules and charging availability. Match the model to your site and workload; stated operating time varies with vegetation, travel and working conditions.
Dedicated liquid cooling
Current production uses water-cooled configurations. On the TS-BC1000-30, a dedicated pump circulates coolant through the controller and motor to carry heat away during work. Routine cooling-system care supports operation, with coolant, service intervals and thermal limits set by the supplied configuration’s operating and maintenance instructions.
Traction for changing terrain
Continuous tracks, drive wheels and support rollers form the base for controlled movement over uneven ground. The tracked platform carries the battery and cutting assembly while the operator manages travel from a separate position. Assess ground condition and travel direction against the model’s operating instructions.
200 m remote-control range
A controller places travel and cutting commands in the operator’s hands from a separate operating position. The listed remote-control range is 200 m, subject to the site and radio conditions. Keep the machine and working area in view, and follow the supplied configuration’s operating instructions.
Hydraulic head adjustment
Adjust the cutting head hydraulically as vegetation and ground conditions change. The specified head-lift range is 0–200 mm on TS-BC1000-30 and 0–320 mm on TS-BC1000-40. These figures describe movement of the head assembly for clearance and positioning; they are not finished cutting heights.

01 / CONTROLLER
Travel and steering
Use the two joysticks together to control travel and steering, including turns while moving forward. When the cutting head is enabled, the controller automatically limits the maximum travel speed to medium speed for working operation.
02 / CONTROLLER
Two-handed driving control
The left and right joysticks work together for coordinated movement and steering. Protective boots help keep dust and small pieces of vegetation away from the moving controls, reducing the chance of debris obstructing the sticks.

Machine status on the handset
Check cutting-head speed, current and temperature, alongside separate battery readings for the machine and the handset. The main screen also shows drive-system temperature. English-language menus and automatic screen sleep support everyday operation.
04 / CONTROLLER
Hydraulic head adjustment
Push the spring-return lever up to raise the cutting head or down to lower it. Release the lever and it returns to the centre, stopping the lift movement. The dedicated control keeps head positioning within easy reach.
05 / CONTROLLER
Select the travel speed
Push the speed lever up for high-speed travel between work areas, or down for low-speed mowing and brush clearing. Enabling the cutting head automatically limits the maximum travel speed to medium speed. Never ride on the machine during transport.

Progressive cutting output
The lower-left dial controls forward cutting-head rotation across the marked 0–100% range. Turning the dial further increases rotor speed. Use the handset display to check actual cutting-head speed and operating load.

Independent reverse adjustment
The lower-right dial controls reverse cutting-head rotation across its 0–100% range. Reverse operation supports a different cutting direction and can help release wrapped vegetation. Keep hands away from the cutting head and follow the machine’s operating procedure.

Power and charging
The lower-left button switches the handset on or off. An internal 18,000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery provides approximately 24 hours of continuous use per charge. Charge through the Type-C port on the side; no charging dock is required.

Screen navigation and settings
Use ▲ and ▼ to move through menu options, then press √ to open or confirm the selected item. Press × to return to the main screen. Browse operating parameters, control status and version information from the handset. English menus are available, and any key can wake the display from sleep.
10 / CONTROLLER
Reserved for your configuration
SW3, SW4, SW5 and SW6 are reserved switches and are disabled in the standard factory setup. Functions can be configured to suit an agreed customer requirement. The delivered machine configuration determines which functions are available; these switches are not active controls by default.
